Illegal Alien Arrested by ICE, Has Five Anchor Babies with Illegal Alien Wife and is Wanted for Murder in Mexico

It’s beyond time to Build That Wall, enforce immigration laws uniformly and consistently, and return to the original intent of the 14th Amendment. A quote from an article at Brietbart News sheds some light on the issue: “[That was] the original meaning of the jurisdiction language in the Fourteenth Amendment. A person who is “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States is a person who is “not subject to any foreign power”—that is, a person who was entirely native to the United States, not the citizen or subject of any foreign government. The same members of Congress who voted for the Thirteenth Amendment in 1865 then voted to define citizenship for freed slaves in a federal law in 1866, then voted again months later in 1866—using only slightly different language—to put that definition of citizenship in the Constitution, language that was ultimately ratified by the states in 1868 as the Fourteenth Amendment.

So, the intent of the amendment was not to leave open a back door using babies born on American soil as an “anchor” to allow persons here illegally to magically sidestep actual legal immigration. The reason is obvious…there are always people who will do their best to “milk the cash cow” for all it’s worth, as the man we read about in the following, again at Breitbart News.

An illegal alien living in the United States who was recently arrested by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is wanted in Mexico on homicide charges has five U.S.-born children that have been rewarded with birthright citizenship.

Joel Arrona-Lara, an illegal alien from Mexico, made national headlines this week when he was arrested by ICE agents while driving his pregnant wife to the hospital. The establishment media immediately portrayed Arrona-Lara as a victim of President Trump’s increased immigration enforcement, but soon after ICE revealed that the illegal alien is wanted in Mexico for murder.

This is the bottom line:

Proponents of birthright citizenship often claim the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution requires the policy. The Supreme Court, however, has never explicitly ruled that the children of illegal aliens must be granted automatic citizenship and many legal scholars dispute the idea.

There is one more thing I can think of that is really past due. We, as law-abiding citizens of this great country, must get off the couch and into the fight with President Trump in his efforts to Make America Great Again. He can’t do it by himself. But, with our collective involvement we can WIN the objective towards which he is leading us.
